YouTube: Your New Personal Trainer

If you’re always on the go and have a hard time committing to a gym membership, you’re in luck. Staying healthy and fit doesn’t need to be time-consuming!

With the help of many YouTube channels, you can get great workouts done without ever leaving your home! It’s like having a personal trainer right in your living room. Here are some channels that you can use to help you stay fit and healthy, even if you’re crunched for time.

XHIT Daily
XHIT Daily is a great channel that gives you intense, full-body workouts, five days a week. Trainers such as Jason Charchan and Michael Patarino will guide you through lots of different cardio movements and exercises in these videos. The videos claim to help you burn fat, as well as build strength and stability.

Jason Charchan is certified with the American Council on Exercise. Additionally, he has trained world-famous athletes and actors. Patarino is an experienced trainer and model in Los Angeles, CA.

An example of a video you might find on this channel is XHIT Medicine Ball Exercises. This is a quick video that teaches you exercises you can do with an exercise ball. The videos are easy to follow, and many food, healthy, nutritionfind it encouraging to work alongside the trainer in the video.

Amanda Russell
As the name suggests, this YouTube channel is run by Amanda Russell, a former competitive athlete, fitness model and fitness coach. The awesome thing about this channel is that Russell incorporates not only fitness, but cooking, eating, style, people, travel and more.

Another feature of the channel that can be super beneficial to anyone in a rush is that Russell has a section of videos for quick workouts. For example, one of her videos, Don’t Have Time to Workout?, is a quick workout that takes only five minutes to complete. It can help increase your energy levels rapidly and it is better to squeeze in a quick workout than no workout at all.

BodyRock
plank, core, exercise, strength
BodyRock is another YouTube channel that you don’t want to miss out on. It has a compilation of videos for all different levels. It offers high-intensity interval training (Hiit) exercises that can help you get to where you want to be.

Some of the workouts that are shown on this channel include, HitMax, HiitReps, HiitLean, HitBody, HiitCore, yoga, and more. The videos are educational and motivating. You can learn tips on how to properly do exercises and also how to diet right.

Staying in shape and continuously being active can be a daunting challenge, but it can benefit you in more ways than one. Everyone is different, and not all types of exercises are compatible with every person working out. Use YouTube channels like these to find the workout that fits you best. You are just a click away from reaching your goals and keeping up with your health and fitness!
