As the name suggests, this YouTube channel is run by Amanda Russell, a former competitive athlete, fitness model and fitness coach. The awesome thing about this channel is that Russell incorporates not only fitness, but cooking, eating, style, people, travel and more.

Another feature of the channel that can be super beneficial to anyone in a rush is that Russell has a section of videos for quick workouts.
