1. One bag of quinoa
2. chopped peppers – pick your favorites
3. Dried cranberries – sweetens it up!
4. sunflower seeds
5. sun dried tomatoes
6. Firm tofu (chopped) – not necessary, but I like it.
add some balsamic vinaigrette and you’re good to go!
