We believe everyone is beautiful just as they are. However, we all have aches and pains that we wish
would go away, and some wobbly bits that we dream will become less wobbly. Plus, doesn’t a body with NO CELLULITE sound nice?
I came across the FasciaBlaster® when I was added to Ashley Black’s Fasciablaster’s Facebook group. For weeks, I saw women boast about their transformations (fat loss, cellulite reduction, stretch marks fading), and testify to a decrease of some fairly serious body aches.
So, of course, I bought a FasciaBlaster®. I’ve had it for over a month now, and after using it for a short period of time, I feel better! My calves, traps, and neck don’t hurt as much as they used to, and my wobbly bits are looking better. Ashley will tell you this is not a magic tool. You have to put in the work and be patient. But I’ll let her speak to it herself…
NYMM: For those who have yet to hear of your brilliant invention, what is a FasciaBlaster® and what does it do?
AB: The FasciaBlaster® is a self-use tool that is specially designed for treating fascia. Its unique design sets it apart from other tools on the market and effectively breaks up the adhesions that cause restriction, tightness, pain, and yes, even cellulite! NYMM: I’ve stalked your Facebook page, and I see many women who have been empowered and healed by the FasciaBlaster®. Why does the FasciaBlaster® have this effect on women and why is it important for you to empower women?
AB: With the invention of the FasciaBlaster®, women are learning that the real cause of cellulite is 
unhealthy, distorted fascia and there is something they can personally do to improve their health, appearance, and overall functionality. When you realize that you have the ability to heal yourself…well, that’s pretty empowering!
My passion is helping women everywhere to love their body and to feel empowered to take control of their body and life.
NYMM: Women are obsessed with ridding themselves of cellulite and fat. The FasciaBlaster® does that! Women are amazed at the results they see. How does this tool work its magic?
AB: We’re told that cellulite is a fat issue and there isn’t much we can do about it, [as] it won’t completely go away even with diet and exercise. The look of cellulite is actually a symptom of fascial distortions and adhesions pulling down on the skin. When you use the FasciaBlaster® consistently on these areas where the fascia has recoiled, it releases the adhesions, allowing the fascia to smooth out, which in turn causes the skin to be smooth. I wrote a whole book that expounds on the topic, and you can learn more here. I’m a curvy girl and I LOVE it, but I also have smooth legs. With the FasciaBlaster® women are able to enjoy their curves and still have smooth skin without extreme diets and exercise.
NYMM: Aside from making women slimmer and smoother, what are the health benefits from the FasciaBlaster®?
AB: Tight fascia affects so much more than just the appearance of cellulite. It can reduce functionality by restricting movement, it can limit blood flow and nerve activity, and cause structural imbalances. Treating the fascia allows your body to perform at its maximum [and] optimize every system of the body, resulting in healthy skin, improved circulation, muscle and nerve activity, increase metabolism, and of course, it gets RID of cellulite!
NYMM: Can you share with us some of your favorite testimonials of the FasciaBlaster® aiding in pain relief and healing medical issues?
AB: It’s so hard to pick just “a few” favorites, because I’m constantly moved by the daily experiences shared in our women’s only Facebook group by hundreds of thousands of users! Women who had never been comfortable in a bathing suit are now loving their bodies. People suffering from years of chronic pain who could barely even pull themselves out of bed in the morning are now outside playing with their children and living life to its fullest. A mom is helping her child who has scoliosis straighten his spine by releasing the fascia that was pulling it out of alignment!
The FasciaBlaster® is doing what was never thought possible, and is significantly improving the lives of its users and their loved ones. NYMM: Could men also use the FasciaBlaster®?
AB: For sure! The tool was actually created for my pro-athlete male clients to improve their overall performance and output. We all have fascia in every part of our bodies, and while men don’t have the appearance of “cellulite” the way women do, it’s important that they treat and restore their fascia in order to function correctly and live pain and restriction-free. So many men have been encouraged by their wife’s or girlfriend’s results that they have started using the FasciaBlaster® themselves. We even created a private Facebook group for men so they can share their stories and results, as well as get coaching and learn more about fascia and the FasciaBlaster®.
NYMM: What stirred you to create the FasciaBlaster® and start your own business?
AB: Before the FasciaBlaster®, I owned several fascia centers, and pro athletes and celebrities would fly in from all over the country to get treated. Their results from the treatment were amazing, but I was limited to helping one person at a time. I decided I needed to create a self-treatment tool that my clients could use to maintain their results from home. Lo and behold, the results they were getting with the FasciaBlaster® were almost as amazing as the results we were getting in the clinics! I then realized the power of this tool and that it was something EVERYONE should have. Everyone deserves to live and function optimally and pain free! That was the birth of the FasciaBlaster® revolution!
NYMM: What advice would you give to women who are thinking of chasing their dreams by starting a business?
AB: Don’t be afraid to do something that you’re passionate about and that you believe in, even if other people think you’re crazy! When I first started in this business, people thought I was insane for linking fascia to something like cellulite, but now look at how many people are benefitting from me going out on this limb and daring to do the “impossible”! I like to remember that some of the greatest minds who have gone down in history were first ridiculed by their colleagues because their ideas didn’t fit in with the status quo at the time! So, if you’re looking to start a business and if you believe in something, go for it, work hard for it, and never give up!

I’m 47 and used this product for 6 months, going to an LMT 1-2x a week and treating myself 3-4x a week (this was June to December 2016). I felt that my cosmetic results were great. I was eating low carb, following a “keto” diet and was exercising. As I was losing weight, my body seemed to be getting more firm/tight. I attributed this to the FasciaBlaster. I missed 5 consecutive periods during this timeframe and in December I stopped “blasting”. I scheduled a surgical procedure for February and discontinued blasting. Following my surgery I had a complication (blood clot/DVT). I think my use of this product caused my missed periods and also probably contributed to the DVT. Also, my cellulite and skin is worse than before I started with the product. I wish I’d never seen the sponsored Facebook ads for the Fascia Blaster and I wish I’d never joined the FaciaBlaster Facebook group which I believe gives skewed information about the effectiveness of the product. The site is heavily censored and posts have to be “approved”. Women that submit posts hoping to query the group (about effectiveness or effects they’re personally experiencing) are denied that opportunity in many cases. How many, I don’t know. I do know that I’ve personally seen hundreds of posts by women who say they tried to ask the group about XYZ and instead received a personal message by Ashely Black directing them to tutorials, videos and more recently her book for the answers they seek. People were told for months if not years that the FasciaBlaster did not cause weight gain and now weight gain has been added to the terms and conditions as a possible effect from using this product. The inventor, a self proclaimed “scientist” with no formal credentials that I’ve been able to find appears to give medical advice including diagnosis and treatment plans to the members of her group. I believe this needs to be investigated by whatever governing agency covers this. Ashley Black is suing one of her customers that used her product for 2 years for coming out and sharing her experience with the product and what she believes to be adverse effects of the product (search Facebook or Youtube for Karen Wallace). Several people that have come out against this product and/or its inventor have been silenced, it seems, by threats. If you’re considering this product please do your research. I don’t think it’s worth risking your health or the eventual cosmetic damage that people are starting to see when they discontinue use.

I started gaining weight, this made my varicose veins much worse as well. And why don’t you post the current pics of Ashley Black? She’s gained a ton of weight along with other changes. Some have been helped but there is a growing swell of women who’ve been damaged. Any negative posts are deleted on the main page and the warnings for use keep getting longer and the protocol keeps changing. Pretty sad you are promoting this without thoroughly researching.

Many lawsuits are underway! You need to do lots more research regarding the negative horrible business practice of Ms Black . The reason everyone on her page see glowing reviews is because she deletes all the negative ones! Research

Here are somethings you need to be aware of:
1. Ms.Black has no medical background. She holds not one professional license. It can’t even be confirmed she has a college degree. She is not a Scientist.
2. Kathleen Stross is NOT a neuroscientist. She is a specialized Physical Therapist.
3. Bart Jameson is an Athletic Trainer. My understanding is he only has a few years under his belt. Also, my understanding is an AT must work under supervision of a MD which he does not.
4. The Fascia Blaster is REGISTERED with the FDA as a Class 1 device. Much like dental floss or treadmills. It is not a FDA approved device.
5. Her study she loves to refer to is 100% BOGUS. In no way would it qualify as a clinical study or trial. Only 33 women completed the study. All were healthy (read the terms and conditions. It states this is for use by healthy individuals and use at your own risk). Several were personal friends. 1 actually works for her. Many had been blasting for months prior to the study. A casting call by an infomercial queen(photo below) was put out to find the participants.
She refuses to publish the results. She refuses to allow the results to be reviewed by the medical community or anyone else.
7. She states use will not affect hormones. Then she says it releases Irisin. See photo for what it does. Many women here are experiencing horrible hormonal issues. If you have been active on the Fasciablasters page you will see many women talk about changes in their periods. At 45 Ms.Black herself admits in a video that she is on HRT now.
6.Most every comment concerning questions from women experiencing side effects is either never approved or deleted. The poster is then also blocked and deleted. Hence some of the deep hurt here.
7. Many of the photos she uses are altered. Some have even come from plastic surgery websites. One set of photos is actually her. Those photos were taken just moments apart and altered to appear as if it was a transformation. She has been caught using the photos saying it is her and then saying it was someone else. She has even used a photo of a women that was 8 months pregnant as the before and then 4 or 5 months postpartum as the transformational after. Never stating the woman was pregnant in the photo. 8. After many women came forward publicly about their injuries Ms.Black changed the Terms & Conditions. Those changes were made on May 22, 2017.
9. In video(s) and a podcast(s) she refers to her then husband, now ex, Dari Samia as Dr.Dari. Dari had been a nurse but due to multiple DUIs had to relinquish his nursing credentials. He states he can get the license back if he wants it but that still leaves him as a nurse and NOT a doctor.
10. The reviews on the Guru page are very skewed. Many woman, including myself, were blocked before ever being able to leave our reviews. I would venture to guess that at least 50% of us are blocked. If you want to leave your review please do so quickly. If you don’t have time to review go there and just leave a few words on the review page. You can later go back and edit.

Have you looked into all the side effects from woman who have been damaged by this?
There are hundreds of woman who have had negative effects. That is Assley Black’s response to negative effects, ignore, block and ban. 1) She won’t allow any negative posts on her group, 2) if you leave a negative review you get a ban, 3) her before and after photos are stolen from a plastic surgeon’s office, 4) her clinic trial was not done properly as she had daily interaction with the testers , 5) she has no medical qualifications what so ever. There is an international committee what researches fascia and are finding new research, they have never heard of her and she refuses to go to any of their conferences 6) none of her work has been peer reviewed 7) she has zero qualifications with research into fascia, only what she herself posts. 8) she changed her side effects AFTER many woman complained about them. They were first called trolls and attacked by members in her group. 9) She changes the protocols all the time. First you have to go hard, then she back tracks and says do go soft.
There are hundreds of woman who have had serious side effects and who have been damaged by this.
Please research this fully before publishing it.

I stumbled upon the Fascia Blaster one day while I was researching how to help my edema in my legs.(THIS IS THE BEST PRESENT I HAVE EVER GIVEN MYSELF ) My doctors said I needed to lose weight and walk more. I was walking and doing pilates already because I had torn disc in L4 L5 area. So I was told to strengthen my core, walk. Etc. Anyways the lower ache in my back was always dull and my legs would swell. I wore compression socks during the day and when I got home I’d take off socks and I could feel my ankles swell.
Long story short…. I bought the blaster and read and listened to Ashley several utube videos. Got on facebook forum. I even was able to instant message and even got a phone call from Kathleen Stross she advised me how to blast my whole legs and feet and suggested tummy back shoulders neck to help with lower back pain as well. Let me tell you, that changed my life that day forward! My legs/skin was so tight I was Beyond Bound! It’s been a process….Don’t give up! I kept going at it slow and within several weeks I wasn’t swelling anymore , my back and shoulders neck were totally out of pain!!! I was so excited!!! I then lent out my blaster to my sister and I ordered more. At this time we had a waiting time for the blasters…I wanted to help all my friends and family get some relief from their pain. This was by far the BEST PRESENT I HAVE EVER GIVEN MYSELF! Pain free and I love my body my skin tightened etc many benefits I could go on and on… I am grateful for Ashley Black and her wonder support team!!!

I use the fb on my plantar fasciitis and I have had no problems since. It was so bad I couldn’t walk, and I teach martial arts so I really needed pain free feet, one of my parents hooked me up with The Facebook page and I ordered right away. I’ve been using it for cellulite and have seen improvements!!
