Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market
Start Friday in a fun way by checking out the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.! The market takes place in Manhattan between Ninth and Tenth Avenue.
Rooftop Party
Kick off your Saturday night at the Hudson Terrace rooftop party. Get your ICLUBNYC admissions pass and show up to enjoy the two-level nightclub lounge! The open bar runs from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., and doors open at 10 p.m.
Greenwich Village Neighborhood Tour
Greenwich Village is among the most desirable places to live in Manhattan, and this free tour will be allowing its patrons the artistic and political history behind it! The tour begins at 9:30 a.m. and will make for a lovely new look at the highly regarded, chic neighborhood.
Photoshop Class
Need a tutorial in the complicated application that is Photoshop? Come to the free Photoshop tutorial class and learn how to enhance photos using the #1 photo editing software in the world. Class begins at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Mid-Manhattan Library.
Workshop: Emotions and Money
Want to learn how to become smarter with cash? Check out the “Emotions and Money: The Mind of the Market” workshop, presented by Brenda Smith of the Financial Association of New York. The event begins at 12 p.m. on Saturday and will offer insights on behavioral finance and how to think about money in order to establish financial security. This event even compliments the concept of saving money, as admission is free.
Meditation: Healing a Broken Heart
Did Valentine’s Day leave you down in the romance department? The “Meditation: Healing a Broken Heart” will help you develop a meditative plan for yourself that has been proven to help the mind’s healing process work through complex emotions, including the pain of a broken heart. This is also a great opportunity to unwind from a long week with a free and relaxing event, starting at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon at the Grand Central Library.
Piano Music on a Sunday
In the mood to finish off a much needed weekend with some soothing music? Come to the complimentary
“Piano Works by Bach” Classical music performance. Pianist Richard Masters will be offering his talents in the works of J.S. Bach on Sunday at 5 p.m.
