• SEO Management Internship

  “Traffic Police”

  Do you consider yourself an SEO expert who could help direct traffic to our website? As an SEO Intern, you will help us with one of the most crucial elements of success: bringing new readers to our doorstep!
  
  You have:

  • Direct experience with SEO, SEM, Meta-tags, analytics, and WordPress
  • Familiarity with SEO tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work 15 hours/week for 6 consecutive months

   
  You will:

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and implement new SEO recommendations
  • Work with the editorial and marketing teams to enhance SEO use
  • Work collaboratively with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are being used on the website

• Social Media Marketing Internship

  “Chief #Hashtag Officer”

  Are your friends jealous of your crazy high number of followers, likes, and all-around social media prowess? Are you always staying up too late to scroll through Facebook or to stalk your friends’ latest photos on Instagram? (Don’t worry, we all do it.) If so, this is the gig for you! Just think, you could be on Twitter all day and it would actually be considered “work.”
  
  You have:

  • Experience using various social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon, ScoopIt, SnapChat, Periscope, etc.
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Ability to work 15 hours/week for 6 consecutive months

   
  You will:

  • Research and create ways in which NYMM can maximize traffic and gain followers on our social media websites
  • Maintain and update social media websites (tweeting, pinning, posting statuses, etc.)
  • Create original shareable content
  • Share all NYMM articles with clever captions or statuses
