You have:
- Interest in the field of Human Resources/Talent Management
- Knowledge of strategic HR
- Exceptional written and oral English language skills
- Ability to work 15 hours/week for 6 consecutive months
You will:
- Assist in the overall recruitment process of applicants
- Review applications and communicate with the Talent Team to select applicants
- Handle organizational and talent acquisition matters
- Assess needs and help with development of teams, and assist with any performance issues or conflicts
- Schedule team meetings and interviews
