If you love spending time at the beach, I’d like to share some DIY tips and tricks with you that are sure to make your days by the sea all the more ideal!
Some of us are blessed with natural beach curls, while some of us … are not, exactly. If you find your hair taking on more frizz than curl, here’s a great DIY spray made by Quincie and Candance that you can make to create moisturized and shining beach waves! In a spray bottle, mix two cups of warm water, one teaspoon of hair gel, one teaspoon of coconut oil, and one teaspoon of salt.
In case you feel like styling up your hair in a natural way while also performing frizz control, this spray should reap preferred results for particularly humid beach days.
This is a great way to pack your snacks without dealing with the mess of several wrappers and plastic bags cluttering your beach bag. Keeping with our nautical theme, you can keep your snacks handy and organized in a tackle box, like this one!
No more sandy plastic zip locks! Instead, your chips and goldfish can be stored together as friendly neighbors.
If you have a plain canvas bag lying around that you wouldn’t mind adding a little personal touch to, then grab it and try out this design DIY!
Simply stamp your quote or saying onto the canvas bag, making sure to go over each letter at least twice. A fitting suggested quote from the creator’s blog: “You can never have too many tote bags.”
Maybe these beachy-keen little DIYs will find their way into your beach bag this summer!
