Web Development Internship

NYMM’s Web Development Interns are literally responsible for creating us! Without you, there would be no website, which means there would be no NYMM. As a start-up, we’re always looking to make our website as visually attractive as possible (what we like to call, “Project Sexify”) and this could be a great experience for anyone looking to put their technical skills to work.
You have:
- Direct experience with C++, HTML, CSS, CMS, WordPress, JavaScript, PHP, code to render, content management systems, and/or site administration tools
- Knowledge of web design
- (Or are pursuing) An undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work 15 hours/week for 6 consecutive months
You will:
- Participate in the development and launch of our new website
- Help improve the design and functionality of the website
- Maintain and update the website as needed
- Assist with technical issues with WordPress
- Conduct front-end and back-end work on website
